Return And Refund Policy

Returns

• Jewel Store offers 30 days of return for India. However, the 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the amount.



The returned item should fulfill specific criteria, including:

• The product must be undamaged, in new & unused condition, with the original tag, and unworn condition with all original documents.
• The return will not be accepted if there is any sign of wear and alteration.
• They should be shipped with the original laboratory grading report for loose diamonds.

Refunds

• Once the quality check on the returned product is completed, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. For international orders, the refund will be made in USD, according to the running currency exchange rate at the time of refund.
